Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It adapts to your perspective. Retailer users see a competitive-intelligence summary of price position, availability, and assortment gaps. Brand users whose workspace has the MAP dashboard enabled see a MAP compliance and distribution summary of violations and partner risk. Other brand users see the same competitive-intelligence dashboard as retailers.

Three controls sit at the top of the page and scope every metric below them:

  • Match mode toggle. Switches between Exact only and Exact + Equivalent. Exact only is the default. Exact only compares identical products. Exact + Equivalent also includes each product’s Equivalent Match, the cross-product relationship reviewed on the Market Benchmarks page. The toggle is disabled if you have no Equivalent Matches defined. Hover to see a link to set them up there. When Equivalent Matches exist, an amber notice always shows whether those prices are currently included or excluded.
  • All Brands. Filters to one or more brands in your catalog.
  • All Categories. Filters by top-level category or by a more granular category node.

When any products are being compared, two coverage chips appear below the filters. They show how many products are compared and what percentage have no competitive match, the coverage gap. The chips are visible in the default unfiltered view and when filters are applied.

Four headline cards summarise your competitive position. Each card’s footer carries a tooltip. The tooltip notes that the analysis is based on data from the last 30 days. The headline figures themselves reflect the latest collected data. The Competitors and Products cards also show an informational “new this month” line that covers that 30-day window. The Price Position card’s footer instead reports how many products were compared. The Availability card’s footer reports how many SKUs are tracked.

Trend indicators compare the current value against the stored value from about a day earlier, where a baseline exists. When Exact + Equivalent mode is on, the trend is hidden and shows as ”—”, because no historical baseline exists for that view. On the Competitors card, the trend normally shows the share of monitored competitors whose prices are predominantly below yours. This share is shown in red as a risk signal. In the default unfiltered view, the day-over-day change replaces it whenever your competitor count has moved since the previous day’s stored value.

Each card except Availability has a sparkle icon. The icon opens the AI Insights panel for that topic.

Below the KPI cards, a bubble chart shows how your catalog distributes across seven price-position bands relative to competitors:

  • Competitor 30%+ lower
  • Competitor 10–30% lower
  • Competitor 1–10% lower
  • Inline
  • Competitor 1–10% higher
  • Competitor 10–30% higher
  • Competitor 30%+ higher

Bubble size scales with each band’s product count relative to the largest band. Every band keeps a minimum visible size. Click any bubble to open the Price Matrix pre-filtered to that band. Active brand and category filters are respected.

Three cards below the distribution chart summarise the areas that most commonly hide lost revenue:

Where are we losing sales due to out-of-stock? Lists up to five competitors that have inventory on products where you are currently out of stock. The first row carries a Highest Risk badge. Click any row to see the affected products. If all your monitored SKUs are in stock where competitors have inventory, the card shows a green confirmation instead.

Where do we lack assortment parity vs competitors? Lists up to five competitors that carry products absent from your catalog, the assortment gaps. The first row is badged Largest Gap. Click any row to review the missing products. If your catalog fully matches all competitors, the card shows a green parity confirmation.

Where are we uncompetitive on price? Breaks your matched products into three segments, with a product count and share percentage for each. Below Market means your price is below competitors’, so they are priced higher than you. Inline means within ±1% parity. Above Market means your price is above competitors’, so they are priced lower than you. Click a segment to open the Price Matrix filtered to the matching price-position bands.

The sparkle icon on the Competitors, Products, and Price Position KPI cards opens an AI Insights panel for that topic. Click Generate Detailed Insights to request an analysis. The response is generated on demand. It explains what drives the metric change, for example why competitor count shifted or why price competitiveness improved or declined. Results are formatted as prose and bullet points.

When the MAP dashboard is enabled for your workspace, the brand dashboard covers MAP compliance and distribution health rather than competitive price position.

Directly below the Dashboard heading, two indicators show how current the data is: how long ago your data was last updated, as a relative time (for example “3 minutes ago”), or “No data imported yet” if nothing has been imported, and the coverage percentage, the share of your priced catalog that has a competitor price. The coverage indicator appears only when your catalog has at least one priced product.

Three prominent banners at the top show the most urgent action items. Each is clickable:

  • MAP risk. Number of severe violation cases, a retailer offer priced 30% or more below MAP. A product with several affected retailer offers counts once per offer, not once per product. Links to the MAP Violations page filtered to severe cases.
  • Distribution gap. Number of your SKUs that are out of stock on your own channel while at least one monitored retailer has them in stock. Links to the Products page.
  • Escalations. Count of repeated-offender retailers that require escalation. Links to MAP Violations filtered to repeated cases.

Three controls sit below the alert banners: a match-mode toggle, a category filter, and a brand filter.

  • Match mode toggle. The same Exact only and Exact + Equivalent control as the retailer dashboard. Exact only is the default. Exact only compares identical products. Exact + Equivalent also includes each product’s Equivalent Match. On the brand dashboard, the toggle changes the Products card’s Retailer-exclusive count, and therefore the Catalog total and both percentages; the Your catalog figure itself is the same in either mode. The toggle also affects the “Where do we lack channel comparability?” card, and the distribution-gap figures, the Distribution gap banner and the Availability card’s Unavailable SKUs and Vs competitor avg. MAP-violation counts always stay exact. The toggle is disabled if you have no Equivalent Matches defined. Hover to see a link to set them up on Market Benchmarks. When Equivalent Matches exist, an amber notice always shows whether those prices are currently included or excluded.
  • All Categories. Currently scopes only the “Where do we lack channel comparability?” card below. It does not filter the banners, KPI cards, violation charts, or MAP-pricing card.
  • All Brands. Also currently affects only the channel-comparability card.

A bar chart plots active violation counts, cases first detected within the selected window, across three severity bands, to help you prioritize enforcement actions. The chart is labeled “Violations only – not total products” so that it is not mistaken for a breakdown of your overall catalog:

  • Below MAP (≥30%). Severe.
  • Below MAP (10–<30%). Moderate.
  • Below MAP (<10%). Minor.

Click a bar to open the MAP Violations page filtered to that severity level.

Below the chart, a summary section shows four headline counts: total MAP violations, open cases, retailers currently in violation, and repeat offenders that require escalation. A segmented control in this section’s header switches the counting window between 7 days (the default), 30 days, and 90 days, and the choice applies to every other windowed figure on the page. A severity breakdown follows, with counts for Severe, Moderate, and Minor cases and a View all link to the violations list. If the selected window has no violations but older cases are still open, a banner appears below the counts explaining that. On the 7-day and 30-day windows, the banner also offers a Show last 90 days button. On the 90-day window the banner appears without the button. A View violations button opens the full violations list. A Notify retailers button is also present but is not yet active.

Distribution risk, channel comparability, and retail pricing

Section titled “Distribution risk, channel comparability, and retail pricing”

Three side-by-side cards complete the brand dashboard:

Which partners have the most open MAP violations? Ranks your retail partners by their number of open or notified MAP violation cases within the selected window. The top five are listed, highest first, with the first row badged Highest Risk. Each row links to that partner’s own violation drill-down page.

Where do we lack channel comparability? Shows which retailers carry products that are exclusive to them and therefore limit cross-channel price and performance visibility. Each retailer has a relative bar and a total exclusive-product count. A summary line reports the total number of exclusive products tracked and how many retailers they span.

Retail pricing state vs MAP guidance Classifies each monitored retailer’s offer against the MAP price that applies to it: Below MAP, At MAP (within ±1%), and Above MAP, using the same bands as the MAP Price Matrix. Offers with no applicable MAP price are excluded, so the counts and percentages describe only your MAP-priced assortment, not your whole catalog.
