New Products
The New Products page lists products across the stores you monitor, ordered by the date each was first seen, newest first. A product appears once, on the date it was first observed. It does not reappear when its price changes later. Later price changes belong to the Movers page.
Filtering the feed
Section titled “Filtering the feed”The filter bar at the top of the page narrows the list before you review it.
Search. Type any part of a product name. The list updates as you type, with a short delay after you stop.
Time range. Day, Week, Month, or a Custom date range. Day is the default selection. This control does not currently narrow the feed: whichever range you pick, the table and the summary cards show the same products.
Brand. Limits results to a single brand. The dropdown lists the brands present in the current result set.
Category. Filter by a top-level category, or drill into specific taxonomy nodes with the category node picker.
Active filters for brand, category, category nodes, and custom date ranges appear as removable pills below the filter bar. Click the × on a pill to clear that filter individually.
KPI summary cards
Section titled “KPI summary cards”Directly beneath the filters, five cards summarise the products matched by your current filters:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| New products | Total number of products matched by your filters |
| No price set | Products for which your own price has not yet been configured |
| Underpriced | Products where your price is more than 1 % below the average competitor price |
| Overpriced | Products where your price is more than 1 % above the average competitor price |
| No competitor match | Products with no listings recorded at all, across every monitored store including your own |
The New products count is the exact total for your filters. The other four cards scale the current page’s sample up to that total, so they are approximations.
Product table
Section titled “Product table”The table shows 10 products per page, newest first by default. Click any sortable column header to re-sort.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Product | Thumbnail, product name, and brand. When a collection name or variant detail (such as material, fabric, or finish) is known, it appears beneath the name, so two products with the same title stay distinguishable without opening the detail page. The product name links to the product detail page |
| Added | Date the product was first observed |
| Pricing Status | Badge showing the product’s price position relative to competitors: Underpriced in green, Overpriced in red, Inline in yellow, or No price set in grey |
| Competitor Coverage | Number of retailer listings recorded for the product across every monitored store, including your own. This shows how widely the product is currently seen |
| Signal | A short phrase that describes the pricing gap. A live comparison shows a percentage, for example “18% above market” or “9% under market”. “Competitive price” appears when your price is within 1 % of the average. “No competitors yet” or “No competitor pricing data” appears when you have a price but no usable competitor prices to compare against. “Market data available” appears when no price is set but competitors exist. “No data” appears when neither exists |
| Actions | View Pricing opens the Product Detail Prices tab. A bell icon is also shown, with no action currently attached to it |
Asking the AI assistant about new products
Section titled “Asking the AI assistant about new products”The AI Assistant can answer questions about newly detected products even when you are not on the New Products page. Example questions:
- “Which new products appeared this week?”
- “Are there any new products in the Snacks category?”
- “Show me new products from Brand X added in the last month.”
When you are on the New Products page, the assistant also has access to the products currently visible in the table, so it can answer questions about what you are looking at.
